Nominee Service

For compliance with the minimum statutory requirement or for other business consideration, a nominee could be arranged to act as a director or shareholder of an offshore company, where corporate director and shareholder is permitted. Nominee will not act without authorization from the ultimate beneficial owner, but a nominee is not liable for the commercial activities of the Company.

Germaco Ltd. offers its Nominee Service to clients, including acting as corporate shareholder and director, and a Nominee Agreement will be executed and stamped to protect the beneficial owner’s interest. Beneficial owners have the right to dismiss the nominee shareholder or director from office.

Accounting Services

Financial reporting is of critical importance to any business. Germaco Ltd. provides accounting service to new business or small to medium sized business to avoid committing expensive resources to accounting in addition to office overheads.
