For compliance with the minimum statutory requirement or for other business consideration, a nominee could be arranged to act as a director or shareholder of the company, when the business owner or director does not want to publicize its personal information.  Nominee will not act without authorizationfrom the ultimate beneficial owner, but a Nominee is not liable forthe commercial activities of the Company.

Our Services

Germaco Ltd. offers its Nominee Service to clients, including acting as nominee corporate shareholder and nominee director (corporate or individual) (*Note), and a Nominee Agreement will be executed and stamped to protect the beneficial owner’s interests.  Beneficial owners have the right to dismiss the nominee shareholder or nominee director from office.

*Note: for Private Company Limited by shares formed in Hong Kong, minimum requirement is one individual director and one corporate / individual shareholder.
